Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling

This policy applies to prepaid coaching services purchased from Powerfulawesomen in New Zealand.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). See Consumer Guarantees for a summary.

Complimentary orientation

Orientation calls are free and carry no cancellation fee.

Cooling-off (consumers)

If you purchased online and no session has been delivered, you may cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice (NZST) at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may count as a used session unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Refunds for unused sessions

After the cooling-off period, refunds for unused prepaid sessions are calculated pro rata minus a 10% administration fee, unless a serious failure under the CGA requires a different remedy.

Programme transfers

Unused session credit may be transferred to another programme tier within six months, subject to availability.
